About Leslie Watson

Leslie Watson is an early childhood education leader, mentor, and speaker dedicated to empowering educators and shaping the future of young learners. As the founder of Leading with Love Leslie, she provides mentoring, coaching, consulting, and speaking services to support teachers, childcare centers, and the broader ECE community.

With years of experience as a teacher and leader, Leslie now serves as the director of a bilingual preschool, where she fosters an environment of inclusion, growth, and excellence. She is also a co-founding leader of the Central Florida FLAEYC Chapter and has had the honor of speaking at national conferences, sharing her insights on leadership and education.

Leslie believes that true leadership is rooted in love. She emphasizes the importance of respectful, constructive conversations—building up educators rather than tearing them down. As both a leader and a parent, she is passionate about ensuring that every child and teacher has the opportunity to thrive. Her mission is simple: to lead with love and inspire others to do the same.
